Data we process

• Account data: email, display name, authentication and status.
• Service data: links, photos, inputs, reports, items, preferences and usage.
• Billing data: package, status, date, amount, currency and provider transaction IDs; never full card numbers or CVV.
• Support, security and technical records needed to operate and protect the service.

Purposes and legal bases

• Provide and secure accounts, reports and item identifications.
• Process one-time package payments, receipts and refunds and meet legal duties.
• Answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability using operational or aggregated statistics. UnitSift does not sell personal data.

Providers and international processing

Infrastructure, email, AI analysis, marketplace data, support and payment providers receive only data needed for their role. They may process data outside your country subject to applicable safeguards. Card details are entered in the provider's secure interface.

Retention and security

Data is retained only as needed for the service, legal duties, disputes, fraud prevention and security. UnitSift uses encrypted connections, access controls, rate limits and restricted administration, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
